Membership - How to Become a Member

The Bronxville Women's Club invites all interested women (and men) to join the club. Your membership is important to us. Our membership encompasses all ages, faiths, professions, interests. Whatever it is you want, we have it! And, if we don't have it, we can add it (except golf, tennis, and swimming).
Our building is on The National List of Historic Places, a most prestigious honor. It is an exquisite example of architecture of the 1920's. We have a performance hall that is the envy of all the other organizations in Westchester. When the room transforms itself into a cotillion room, it is the only room in Westchester that is perfect for parties of 100 to 200 people (not too big; not too small). It is members that will keep it flourishing. While it is used by the surrounding communities for many of their activities, it is still the membership that is key to its survival. We want this building to be here for future generations. If you haven't been inside, please come by and take a tour.
Many people say the Bronxville Women's Club is the best secret in town! We don't mean to be. You also don't have to live in the Village to become a member. Anna Lawrence Bisland, our founder and first president, lived in Yonkers! We have members from Bronxville, Eastchester, Tuckahoe, Mt. Vernon, Yonkers, Scarsdale, NYC, New Rochelle, and other communities in Westchester.
Dues are $250 a year (only $20.83 a month!). There is no monthly quota for you to deal with. You can go to any activity that interests you: morning, afternoon, evening, or weekends. We offer member discounts for rental of the building.

The ongoing recruitment of new members is vital to the survival of the Club. Quarterly luncheons will be scheduled to meet new members along with current members to share experiences and new ideas. You are invited as our guest to these quarterly meetings, but we would appreciate your R.S.V.P. ahead of time.
Thursday, September 22. 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. In coordination with the opening of the Art Exhibit of Martha Silver paintings to benefit “The Shelter Pet Alliance for the Animals of the Yonkers Animal Shelter.” Refreshments served all day.
