The Bronxville Women’s Club arranges recitals of local children in our concert hall.  It is our pleasure to give young artists an opportunity to perform in a professional setting.  Concerts last approximately one hour with a reception following.  Click here to download application form.

"Performance in Training."  3:15 pm.   Beginning students will have their own recital as they learn stage deportment and controlling nerves in front of an audience.  These short performances will take place just before the regular Children's Recitals.

New York Rhythm Kids (NYRKS)

The mission of NYRKS is to build confidence and self-esteem, on stage and in ALL aspects of a student's life!

New York Rhythm Kids (NYRKS) was founded by Leisha Horin in 2008. NYRKS is a unique experience that truly provides opportunities for recognition and development of theatrical abilities in a safe and fun environment through acting, voice, dance, movement, staging, costuming and all other elements of theater production.  NYRKS goal is for ALL children who pass through our program, to gain poise, morale & self-assurance!

NYRKS has programs for children ages 4-14 from the lower Westchester area (i.e. Bronxville, Tuckahoe, Yonkers, Mount Vernon etc.) who can commit to rehearsals and shows.  For further information: 310-776-0064 or email NYRKS.com@aol.com 

About the Instructor

Ms. Leisha Horin is thrilled to teach musical theater in New York and work with such talented kids! She has been seen across the country in an abundance of shows including Karate Tango (Amy), Grease (Sandy & Rizzo) and A Chorus Line (Val), to name just a few. Leisha is also a competitive ballroom (American Smooth & Latin) dancer and has competed both nationally & internationally. She's been performing, choreographing and surviving in the theater business for almost 30 years! Which is incredible seeing as she's only.... 21?, 25?, 30?...yeah, yeah, all right, older than that! Leisha has also had the pleaasure of choreographing & working with Maksim Chmerkovskiy(DWTS)!
