Friday, June 14, is Flag Day. The above was from the June 1945 issue of The Villager, the BWC's monthly magazine. The thoughts are as timely today as they were sixty-eight years ago.

The artist for the months of June and July is Annelein Beukenkamp. Reception was on Sunday, June 9, 2 to 5 pm. No charge for viewing in the Gallery. Everyone invited.
Joyce Balint, left, with Annelein Beukenkamp at the reception.
This month, we are collecting for the Pajama Program. Did you know that Yonkers' own Genevieve Piturro started the Pajama Program?
